What's the best way to
navigate through this website and find the products
I'm looking for?
At the top of every
page is the green navigation bar - click on "Products".
This will show you the entire product index for
the website. Simply scroll down and find what you're
looking for and click on the link. You can also
navigate through the site by clicking on the categories
on the right hand side of every page. If you cannot
purchase the product directly from the website,
contact us and we can
assist you.
SHIPPING
What are the shipping charges?
What is the shipping rate to Anytown, USA ?
Shipping and handling charges are clearly posted
in the auction itself and/or at the bottom of every
auction.
Currently, all charges are a flat rate that allows
for postal coverage to anywhere in the continental
United States. Our Shipping/Handling fee includes
not only the postal fees for your package(s) but
also handling, packaging supplies, warehouse costs,
and administrative fees.
Do you offer combined shipping
costs when I buy more than one item?
Masterline Group does not combine shipping unless
stated otherwise in the auction. This is listed
on all of our auctions and there are very few exceptions
at this time. However, if you purchase over 5 items
we may be able to offer a discount if you email
ahead of time.
If you or your company has a wholesale inquiry,
please email us.
How long will it take to
ship my item once you receive payment?
Once payment is received, we take great pride
in expediting the shipment as quick as possible.
Usually we will ship your item in the next day or
so after payment is received. Once your item has
shipped tracking information will be emailed to
you immediately when it becomes available.
Please do not email us repeatedly in an attempt
to receive your item faster – this only slows down
the shipping process.
Will Masterline Group ship
to an address other than Mine?
Please email us immediately after you have made
payment and we will try our best to ship to the
designate address.
Please make sure to add the item #, your eBay
user ID, and registered email address and provide
us the address that you want your item shipped to.
If paying for multiple items you will need to pay
for each individually and send us an email for each
individual item with the correct address. Please
do not count on us to read the Paypal notes as they
do not always come through. We will do our best
to process your request, but we cannot be held responsible
if we have already shipped your item before you
can supply a different address. During the holidays,
it is best to let us know immediately if there is
an address change.
Do you offer International
Shipping?
Website Payments:
Currently, Masterline can ship to international
locations under a few rules:
1. The purchase can be made as if you were a Domestic
(USA) buyer.
2. The shipping and handling cost will be calculated,
but only for the cost of shipping inside the continental
United States.
3. IMPORTANT: You will then have to go to our International
Shipping page to pay for the international s/h
cost.
* This includes shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska,
Canada, APO, OR FPO Addresses.
** Another option is to send us an email stating
what item/quantity you would like to purchase and
we can then send you an invoice which will include
the s/h cost to your country.. The invoice will
allow you to pay the full amount, one time, using
major credit cards (through Paypal).
Auction Payments:
Our auctions all clearly state this in big and bold
letters at the bottom of the auction. Most of our
items ship to Canada, Mexico, UK, and Europe - but
please check before bidding.
If you bid on an item and your country is not one
of the countries that we ship to, for that specific
item, you may be subject to additional s/h charges.
Masterline Group also takes no responsibility for
misplaced packages when shipping to unconfirmed
Paypal addresses.

International Website Customers
- Temporarily, we can only accept and process your
payments through 2 ways. How does it work?

Can you send me a tracking
number so I can check on the status of my item?
All items will be then be shipped via USPS,
UPS, or FedEx with delivery confirmation and/or
a tracking number so your item(s) will arrive within
a timely manner. We usually ship every other day
during the business week. Tracking information will
be emailed to you immediately when it becomes available.
Please do not request a method of shipment, as our
warehouse will always try to designate the most
efficient method of delivery.
Do you schedule pickups?
No, there are almost no pickups available except
for auctions where we have declared pick up as an
option. Some of the larger ticket items we sell
may be available for pickup only (ex. Arcade Games,
Industrial & Heavy Machinery). If you need to
arrange a pickup, you must pay for the item along
with a handling surcharge (starting at $5.00 and
up) and then we can try to schedule a pickup. The
reason for no pickups is simple, we are not a storefront
- just our offices and our warehouse/fulfillment
center.

PAYMENT
How do I make a payment
through your website?
Simple, simply click to "Buy Now"
and follow the process. For the moment, we accept
payment using any major credit card (through Paypal),
money orders, and cashier's checks, and sometimes
company checks. All payment is subject to clearing
before your item is shipped. Please, no cash or
personal checks.
I don't have a Paypal
account, can I still purchase products?
Yes,
Paypal simply processes and clears the payment
for us. You don't need a Paypal account to purchase
items from the website. Simply
follow the directions. If you still have problems
email us, or Paypal can assist you at www.paypal.com
or via phone 1-402-935-2050.
How do I make a payment
through PayPal when I win an auction?
After the auction has ended, you will receive
an email requesting you complete the transaction.
The payment screen will offer you a PayPal Payment
button. Just click on the PayPal button, and you'll
be offered an opportunity to pay through a secure
PayPal payment page with the item details already
filled in. In turn, Paypal immediately forwards
the information, and your payment is received
by Masterline Group.
I’m new to eBay and I don’t
have a Paypal account…can I still pay through Paypal?
Yes! Paypal has added a new feature where you can pay securely using any major credit card even if you have never used Paypal.
How does this work?
Simply enter your personal information and major
credit card number and click next. Your payment
will be processed securely on Paypal's 24 bit encrypted
website and then Masterline Group will receive an
email saying that you have paid via Paypal. We will
begin to process the order and email you when your
package has shipped!
NOTE: Paypal and Masterline Group will never disclose,
sell, or otherwise distribute your information in
any way - please see our privacy policy for more
details.
How long do I have to pay
for my item?
We request payment within 7 days from the end
of the auction.
You will be sent emails notifying you that you are
the winner followed by a payment reminder a few
days later. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited
soon after the allotted time period, so please contact
us if you need to make special arrangements before
we cancel the transaction. When we cancel an item,
we request eBay refund us the Final Value Fees for
the auction in question. EBay will provide us this
refund, but they place an internal indicator on
the buyer’s account.
* Three "unpaid item" marks on your eBay user account
and you will be suspended as per eBay's rules -
not ours. Please be careful with the status of your
eBay account; it is a hassle to reinstate your account
with eBay and may take 1-2 weeks!
Where else can I find your
products?
Masterline Group products are featured at our
website, sold at some retail stores, and at various
online sales channels.
All the items are available for retail distribution
and private label.
What are my payment options?
Paypal, Credit Card (through Paypal), Money
order or Cashier's Check are all accepted.
Using Paypal is the quickest way for you to receive
your item. Sorry, no personal checks.

What is your return policy?
The return policy depends on the item. Please
see our return policy as stated on our “About Me”
page.
We take great care in presenting the item as accurately
as possible. The description of the item is based
on the information available to us about the item.
We always strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction
and ask that you please read the item description
carefully. We will do everything possible to resolve
any situation that may arise - just email us.
I don’t have time to wait…can
you end the auction early so I can buy the item
right now?
We will let most of our auctions run the true
auction course while other items may have Buy It
Now(BIN) prices on them. If you choose the BIN option
the auction will end early. You will complete the
checkout process as stated below and we will take
care of the rest.
If you have specific requests about purchasing multiple
items or if you have just missed an auction, email
us and we can help you out.
NEW: You can always purchase items directly
from our website also.
When does Masterline Group
leave feedback for me?
Masterline Group will leave all winners positive
feedback after the entire transaction is complete,
and we love when the winning bidders reciprocate
and leave positive feedback for us. We want to be
sure we leave the opportunity for our buyers to
approach us with any issues or problems up to the
end of the transaction and that we have the opportunity
to fix any problems that may occur between payment
and receipt of the item.
We believe that feedback is the cornerstone to a
tight-knit, honest eBay community and we will adhere

What are AS-IS Items?
Every now and again we will sell some “as is”
items. These items may not be new and are clearly
marked with the words AS-IS in the description.
We will do our best to accurately describe all aspects
of the item. Please take the time to read the whole
auction and you will see it clearly if it is listed
AS-IS. There are no exceptions on the returns of
as-is items. We will not accept them or exchange
them.

the website are not very clear, do you have better
pictures that we can see?
Yes, some of the pictures on each individual page
are a little pixelated (we apologize). Please click
on the "Click to enlarge" below the picture
and you will see a full size picture that should
be very clear. If you have further need for better
pictures, email us and we can email you another
high resolution picture.
What is the best way to
email a General Question?
In our continuing effort to provide superior customer
service, we have added Frequently Asked Questions(
FAQ’s)
to our website. Please click on the left column
where it says "FAQ's". Unlike most sites, we are
constantly adding new FAQ's based on the specific
questions our customers ask. We try to be very customer-driven
when it comes to posting FAQ's.
Please be sure to include the eBay auction #, your
ebay user ID, and email address registered with
eBay so we can best help you. For wholesale inquiries
please type “WHOLESALE” in the subject section of
the email. Send all emails to info@masterlinegroup.com
We do our best to reply to all emails within 24
to 48 hours of receiving your email.
I notice some of your products
there may only be images and I can't purchase them
directly off the website. How do I purchase them?
Some of the products are complicated to accurately
price individually (ie.
Truck
Scales) and we would like to speak with our
customers to make sure they are purchasing exactly
what they want and need. We are also constantly
offering new products based on our customers requests
and we simply can't get them on the website fast
enough. When in doubt, email us about what you're
looking for and we'll do our best to help you out.
Will you fill wholesale
orders for your products?
Yes. We currently carry a wide and ever-changing
variety of products and they are all available in
larger quantities. Through our relationships, we
can help companies identify and source particular
products based on their individual needs. We can
also assist in the industrial design, engineering,
prototyping, and manufacturing of specific products.

Will you combine shipping
charges?
Not usually, in order to guarantee and protect
your package we do not combine shipping. Each package
is handled separately as well as shipped separately.
Tracking is provided per package and this will help
prevent loss or damage to multiple items. For this
reason, we usually do not combine shipping nor do
we discount shipping for individual packages.
Do you sell or give out
my personal information like email or phone number
to anyone else?
No. Masterline Group has an iron-clad privacy
and security policy. We respect your wishes of confidentiality
when purchasing and we will not divulge any personal
information to any third party under any condition.
This includes automatically gathered data such as
e-mail address, cookies, and an IP address. It also
includes any additional information submitted via
an electronic form such as a credit card, name,
address, and phone number.
