OUR RETURN POLICY
All products are direct from the manufacturer and
are new and unused unless otherwise stated in the
auction. All new products are tested in perfect
working condition before they are shipped so there
should be no problem with the functionality of a
product.
However, if you receive a wrong or defective item
please email us within 7 days from the date you
received the product and we will do our best to
resolve the situation. We are committed to 100%
customer satisfaction so we will usually replace
the item or refund your money.
Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped
from the manufacturer. Boxes, packaging materials,
wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty
cards, and products must be in their original condition
without markings, tape, folds, or defacing of any
kind. Products returned in other than new condition
will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition
will be returned to the customer with out exchange.
Condition will be assessed at the discretion of
Masterline.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost
of shipping and handling. Shipping and handling
fees are non-refundable. Please use the most convenient
means of shipping and insurance is recommended.
